Yatsumenosawa watershed is located in Teshio Experimental Forest of Hokkaido UniversityV(45o03'N, 142o06'E). The area is 8 ha.　All trees except riparian area were clear-cut in January-Marcdh 2003. Understory vegetation, Sasa was strip-cut and larch seedlings were planted in the Sasa-cut line immediately after Sasa strip-cutting in October 2003. Stream water was collected from 2002 to 2004 and ion cocentration was analyzed.; ヤツメの沢流域は北大天塩研究林内に位置する(45°03'N, 142°06'E)。流域面積は8haである。2003年1－3月に河川近傍の河畔帯を除いて皆伐した。そして2003年10月に林床植生であるササを筋状に刈り、その直後にササを刈った列にカラマツ苗を植林した。2002年－2004年に河川水を採取し、イオン成分を分析した。
