This data set is fundamental information of investigation for Lake Shinji and Nakaumi Lagoon at 2006. The observations carry out at total 258 sites (Nakaumi Lagoon: 88 sites, Honjo Area: 55, Oohashi River: 7, Lake Shinji: 101, Monitaring sites: 7). We are observed the water quality and surfacial sediments at each site.
このデータセットは2006年に行われた中海・宍道湖調査の基礎情報である．観測は，計258地点で行った（中海：88，本庄水域：55，大橋川：7，宍道湖: 101，モニタリングサイト：7）．おのおのの地点で水質および表層堆積物を観測した．
